DAY - 01 (DELHI SIGHTSEEING)
This 2 Days Tour of Delhi & Agra begins with a warm welcome by our team at the airport who will then take you to the hotel to complete the check-in formalities before starting the sightseeing. Delhi is an amazing city that has lots of vibrant markets and historically important heritage sites that foreign tourists love to explore.
You should start the sightseeing in Old Delhi with an amazing Rickshaw Ride that will take you to Chandni Chowk market where you can experience the local culture and taste some local food such as “Parantha”. Your tour guide will also take you to Jama Masjid and Red Fort which is a heritage site in Old Delhi. The spice market of “Khari Baoli” is also an excellent choice that you should explore because it is Asia’s largest wholesale spice market that is operational since 17th century.
The second part of sightseeing will start with a visit to Connaught Place where you can do some shopping at Janpath followed by a visit to India Gate. Next on the list are Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar that travellers like to visit. If you have some spare time then you can also explore Lotus Temple to spend few minutes is a very peaceful environment. This will end the tour of Delhi with some great experiences of interacting with local people.
DAY - 02 (AGRA SIGHTSEEING)
Today, you need to wake-up a bit early and finish your delicious breakfast at hotel’s restaurant before going on a three-hour drive towards Agra. The travel time is not much and you are expected to reach at 12:00 PM to meet your tour guide for this day. You can start the sightseeing tour in Agra with a visit to the magnificent Taj Mahal which is the main highlight of this trip. Two hours are more than enough for this sightseeing to explore the entire complex and capture some good photos.
Next on the list is Agra Fort which is very big and takes 2 hours to explore all prominent places such as “Diwan-I-Aam” and “Jahangir’s Palace”. Now it is the time to visit Baby Taj and depending on the availability of time, you can also explore Mehtab Bagh in the evening to capture few more pictures of the Taj Mahal at the time of sunset from the left bank of Yamuna River. You should start travelling back to New Delhi after completing this sightseeing in Agra and our driver will drop you at the hotel or airport if you want to catch a flight.

Dilli Haat and Janpath markets are good for shopping in Delhi during first day’s sightseeing but if you want to explore some other markets then feel free to ask your tour guide. Sadar Bazaar and Kinari Bazaar are the most famous markets in Agra where tourists often go for shopping because these markets also allow them to taste some delicious local dishes. If you want to buy some handcraft items then there are many good workshops near Taj Mahal where you can visit with the guide and you might also get a chance to meet some local artists here who are making these things for decades.
